The Heavy Bag is an effective and essential piece of training equipment for improving your conditioning, power, technique and movement. Although many MMA and Combat Fighters often overlook it, the bag can be one of the biggest assets in your training to help improve attributes such as technique, power, speed, movement and cardio.

My name is Funk Roberts C.P.T., Certified Metabolic Trainer and Certified MMA Conditioning Coach. My partner Flex Marks C.P.T N, A.C.E (American Council on Exercise), and P.P.T.S and I understand the importance of using the heavy bag to improve your conditioning while working on combos, technique, speed, muscular endurance, balance, agility and knockout power.

We are happy to introduce our new Heavy Bag Workout Circuits for MMA Athletes, Muay Thai Fighters, Kick boxers, Boxers and people that want to build the body of a fighter.

These HIIT circuits will become a regular workout in your overall training program to help you improve all attributes of your striking, while developing combos that can transfer into throwing knockout blows.

The simple "how to" instructional workout videos you will watch a breakdown of each drill within the circuits and see the speed, power and endurance needed to crush through these training sessions and reach your conditioning goals. Each workout is shot in High Definition from different angles so you see how to do it right.

In this manual you will learn how implementing the heavy bag into your overall strength and conditioning training will make you an all around better combat fighter. We will give you tips to using the heavy bag to ensure you are using the heavy bag effectively.

These 6 circuits used exclusively with Funk's pro MMA fighters combine all striking variations and bodyweight exercises. Practice takedowns by throwing set up combos first, develop shoulder endurance, punching power and increase your cardio.
