Vital Breath - Lean Fit Lifestyle - Ripped at 60

Hello, my name is Joe Weaver. And I know how hard it is to keep an exercise habit going. I have over 40 years of experience falling off the wagon and becoming a workout drop-out. And it doesn t get any easier as you get older.

But 18 months ago I discovered a system that completely changed my experience. I began using a few very simple, but highly effective, techniques and instead of exercise being a boring chore, it became fun and refreshing and something I looked forward to each day. In other words, exercise finally became sustainable.

Do you have the desire to change the shape of your body, but every time you start an exercise program you eventually drop out because it s too much like work, and it s no fun? Have you tried several different routines and had some good results, but eventually you lose interest and lose all the gains you made? Or, have you managed to maintain a workout program, but you are regularly side-lined with nagging injuries that always seem to pop up just when you are starting to make good progress? Maybe you have reached a plateau and instead of moving forward your performance is getting worse? (Does Any of This Sound Like You?) If So .Then I have some good news The problem is not the workouts. There are hundreds of well written, effective, holistic programs out there. In fact, you ve probably already tried several dozen of them. Although some programs may suit your needs better than others, the truth is almost any program can produce results if you are able to stick with it.

Unless you have a structural defect or injury, you most likely have a physiology and psychology that will support regular exercise and benefit from it. Some people have an easier time building muscle and getting lean. But you don t have to look like a fitness magazine cover to look great. You just need to be lean and have good muscle tone. I think I m a good example of that at sixty years old.
